General Staff Services

Cleaning precious gems and metals

• Our staff can clean your items while you wait with a non-damaging chemical clean, or advise you on products that you can purchase, enabling you to carry out your own cleaning at home.

Watch maintenance (battery changes and repairs)

• Leave your watch with us while you shop and we will perform maintenance to your time piece. Our staff can change your tired watch band, remove links from your existing band and replace your battery. We have a qualified watch maker for any other work you might need.

Repairs and minor modifications

• Do you have a chain or bracelet that is trying to get away, we can repair or replace clasps to ensure it does not slip away.

Custom Designs

• Contact us and make an appointment to see our jeweller. He will be able to turn your ideas into reality. Many of our clients have visited for a distinctive engagement ring and returned for their unique wedding bands.

Expert repairs and re-designs

• Are you are unhappy with the setting of a ring? Perhaps you love the gem and would like to see it in a more modern setting? Our jeweller will advise you what direction is best to take or suggest a new way of showing off that gem that may have been hidden away for years. • For those items that seem to have lost their shine, an advanced cleaning and polishing service is available, which will restore your precious treasures to their former brilliance.
