Q: Can I Lay-by items?
A: Yes, we offer 3 months Lay-by in store.
Q: Can I purchase products online?
A: Currently phone sales can be processed, but online purchasing is not yet available.
Q: How long does it take to have a custom piece of jewellery created?
A: The time taken will depend on the complexity of the design and the availability of the required gems. However, most custom pieces are designed and created within 3 weeks.
Q: Can I bring in a photo or drawing of jewellery to be created?
A: Yes, this will help us understand exactly what you would like.
Q: Can I make a purchase with Finance?
A: Yes, competitive finance with interest free terms is available in store. Just ask our friendly staff for conditions and details.
Q: Is it possible to have purchased items posted?
A: Yes, we can send your item/s to you with freight and postage insurance (Currently only within Australia).
Q: Can I return an item?
A: We are happy to exchange or credit your purchase. Normally we do not give refunds if you are simply changing your mind, or have made the wrong decision. If however the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to we will repair, replace or refund as requested.
